J & D Tube Benders has in-house capabilities to provide many secondary machining operations. Our in-house CNC machining capabilities allow us to manufacture special end fittings. We can drill, mill, slot, or flatten your parts. Our machinists can work off of detailed engineering drawings to hand sketches. Every product that leaves our facility is thoroughly inspected (visual or CMM inspection) at all stages of production to the industry's highest standards for quality. As an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer, J & D Tube Benders strives to meet our customers' requirements and expectations. Workpiece Capacity		Our in-house CNC machine shop can handle pipe and tubing of up to 5" in diameter. We keep machining tolerances as per customer request.

Typical Runs		Standard lead-time is three to four weeks. However, we have grown our business on our commitment to service. J & D Tube Benders takes pride in providing our customers with the shortest lead-time in the industry when necessary. Many special requests and break down parts ship the same day they are ordered.
